Since This Year Has Left Me Little Completed And Displayable Finished Pieces, My Poster For The End-Of-Year Uni Exhibition Seems More Than A Little Empty...
So, In A Desperate Attempt To Create Content For The Poster, I Decided To Do A Little Compositing Over The Weekend. Originally, I Was Going To Do Something Completely Different, Which Would Have Required Me To Both Model And Stage The Pic. Seeing This As Too Time-Consuming And Just Really Being Lazy, I Opted For Plan B: The Booze Monkey... I Wasn't Too Sure What It'd Come Out Like; It's Not Like It's A Photo-Realistic Monkey Or Anything, So I Knew It Was Gonna Stand Out Like Dog's Balls No Matter What I Did. Luckily Though, It Blended In With The Photo Much Easier Than Expected, Probably Cause It's His Natural Environment Or Something, I Dunno. But Whatever The Reason, I Personally Think It Came Out Pretty Well.
After Putting Everything Together And Rendering It Though, I Decided To Add An Empty Bottle Of Bundy On The Table - Pretty Much Just To Fill Up Some Space. Suprisingly It Blended In Really Well Though, And Since The Monkey Is So Eye-Drawing, I Feel Most People's Eyes Will Probably Skim Over It And Not Even Realise It's CG... Tricky...
